About
A few words about me

What inspires me
I am often drawn to the margins, the sidelines. Not to the marginalized, but to those who live in the shadows.
Those who speak softly. Those who whisper so as not to disturb. I like not understanding everything. I like what eludes me.
Rain on things.
The condensation on the windows.
The smell of the earth.
And that blue of the ocean, where it meets the sky at the very end.
My Journey
I've been lucky. Very lucky. I've traveled, seen the world, and met fascinating people.
I have tasted cultures, from the gentlest to the most overwhelming. I have taken shelter under the snow, fallen asleep in the sun, marveled in the rain, and warmed myself in icy nights.
Today, I am here. A wooden table, lined paper, a blue pen.
I write. I sometimes go over the lines. I often cross things out. I stop from time to time.
And I'm always looking forward to coming back to you.
My Goals
I would rather speak of passion. I love artists. Free spirits.
Those who think differently. Words have always been my allies: to repair, to share, sometimes to soothe.
I don't see myself on a mission.
I see myself as a facilitator.
A relay of stories, ideas, and emotions.
I like to imagine my words traveling:
In a pocket, in a bag, on the bus, on the subway, on a beach or on a plane.
When a story is written, it must circulate. That's where its real life begins.
